Don’t miss the AKC Museum of the Dog’s tribute to Search & rescue Dogs.

This new exhibit honors the work of search and rescue canine in the course of the rescue and restoration efforts on and after 9/11. You’ll additionally uncover thehistory of search and rescue canine together with highlights of the canine that participated within the rescue and restoration efforts on 9/11. This exhibit will even show the winners from the “Salute to Search and Rescue Dogs” artwork contest hosted by the museum in addition to characteristic portraits by artist Ron Burns, creator of the espresso desk e-book, The Dogs of Ron Burns: A Tribute to the Dogs of 9/11.
