“GOODBYE, MY BELOVED YOUNG CAT”
The stillness of the evening erases the day’s phony smiles.
The ache, so vivid, dredged from the depths of the soul
Remains dulled NOT by time.
False issues fade into vacancy
A heat spot left icy chilly
Cries now silent
Never once more to really feel starvation or contact your tender fur
Your mild of the second blossoming in brevity
Blown out within the evening
Left solely in stillness
A glow of the environment “voices” the dullness
And it’s so quiet
Released manner too early;
Aurora….
Ringing tears the silence
And the solar dominates
As if to heat and soothe
Irreality penetrates your
inaudible cries.
